Question: Getting from Orlando airport to Miami port? my flight arrives at 1 PM at FLL, and the ship leaves at 4 PM. Yes it's a tight connection. Should I take a taxi or get shuttle service from Carnival? Which is LESS?

This service is a shared van for $36 for two people. Not a bad deal. Carnival wanted $120 for the trip.

I usually rent a car for the day drop off within a couple miles of port free car rental shuttle to pick you up and drop you off both times it cost $45.00 each way a lot LESS then carnival shuttle real nice if you have later flights then you can sight see and do what you want and leave luggage in car dont have to worry about it did it in Miami and Orlando.

Question: Where are you staying the night you get in, FLL or Miami? You will not find any hotel in FLL that will shuttle you to the Miami pier. There are hotels in Miami that will shuttle you if you decide to stay the night in Miami pre-cruise. Its about 25 minutes by vehicle from FLL to Miami

Answer: The Airport Inn/cruise port in Ft Lauderdale will pick you up at FLL airport and take you to Miami cruise port it's only $145.99 shuttles

Question: Traveling 2008. When our ship arrives back at the Port Of Miami I am wondering if you found there were lots of shuttles lined up? We don't want to commit to a shuttle service at this time. We need a shuttle to take us from the Port of Miami to a hotel in Orlando. Any suggestions of what you did would be appreciated.

Answer: I was on the sensation in June, and used Ft. Lauderdale Port Everglade shuttle service. I booked in advance but am sure you could get something together. They were quick and took us to the Hyatt in Ft. Lauderdale after our cruise. Here's the info. Have fun. Hope this helps!
